Shannon and Lakisha have been together for 8 years and married since May 2010. Both say their relationship changed considerably once they said “I do” and both are now ready to say “I don’t” and move on. Shannon says his wife’s gambling problem has really caused problems in their marriage, leading her to constantly lie. Lakisha says she should be able to spend the money she earns however she pleases without Shannon’s constant criticism. Lakisha says she cannot trust Shannon after catching him talking to other women on social media and then disappearing for a week. Shannon says all he wants is his freedom.
