Summary :-
“My (22F) mom (47F) abandoned my father and me when I was 2 months old, but now after my father’s death and 22 years later wants a relationship.” Turns out OP’s mom left OP at a young age for mental health reasons and went and started a new family with another man having 6 children in total. Well flash forward many moons later and now OP is contacted by her mother via Instagram and then OP is deciding if she should show up and meet with her mother maybe to get a little closure on why she left OP when OP was so little. OP’s brother does not like this idea and he said he will do anything to make sure this meet-up does not happen.
