Dr.Abrar Umar is Professor of Public Health. He is from 12th batch of Rawalpindi Medical College .He did his masters in Public Health from Armed Forces Post Graduate Medical Institute. He is certified cognitive behavior therapist from Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre UK and certified hypnotherapist from National Guild of Hypnotists USA. Dr.Abrar Umar is professor of Public Health, focusing on mental health. He is providing most modern form of psychotherapy including cognitive behavior therapy, hypnotherapy and individual, group and family counseling. He has 15 years experience of online psychotherapy. He has focused mental health issues in third world countries especially geriatric ones in his research. He has 18 years of diverse experience in teaching public health focusing mental health in various medical colleges of Pakistan.
