Tamika and Joseph have been together 7 years before marrying, but now his gambling addiction plus their new baby has worn the two out. Joseph’s excessive gambling habits are draining their life’s savings and he refuses to get the help he needs. Aside from the finances, Tamika says Joseph no longer sweeps her off her feet like he once did long ago. Joseph asserts his gambling problem is because Tamika is aloof from the relationship and rarely wants to have sex. She doesn’t trust Joseph because of the issues from the past and she still holds a grudge against him.
