In this video you will learn about the divorce deed and power of attorney and how overseas Pakistani can send divorce to his wife in pakistan.
If husband is living in abroad and his wife is in Pakistan so in that case husband need three main documents namely:-
1: Divorce deed.
2: Application for Talaq moser certificate.
3: Power of attorney (Special power of attorney)
When all these documents prepared,signed,attested.After that husband has to attest these document from foreign Embassy.
but not to attest application for divorce effectiveness certificate.
After that, husband has to send 1 copy of divorce to his wife and other one with application for divorce effectiveness certificate/talaq mosar certificate to concerned union council for certificate and send power of attorney to that person in whose favor that document is prepared.
