President Biden is set to unveil official portraits of former president Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama. This is only the second time the former president has returned to the White House and 10 years since an official presidential portrait has been unveiled. Former president Donald Trump declined to invite the Obamas to an unveiling ceremony during his time in office.
