Prominent Christian author Lysa TerKeurst announced on her Instagram last weekend that she was ending her marriage with her husband of 29 years. I want to start by saying one of the reasons we’re reacting to this story is how different Lysa’s statement is from other popular Christian figures who’ve announced they are getting divorced.
