Indians are not leaving these issues in USA;
1. Dowry
2. Marital fight
3. Domestic Violence
4. Marital rapes
5. Harassing spouse for work/dollars
6. In-laws travel on H4/GC and harass daughters -in-law, OfCourse men also victims in several cases
7. Indian caste group leaders are mediating in these serious crimes without reporting to local police.
8. newly married Indian boys kick girls for extra dowries etc.
9. At workstations, these women cry and share their problems to others which is of no use without reporting to police/concerned authorities.
10. Irony is no wants to leave USA
11. Animals are better than human beings.
Animals love their children, but Indians (not all but majority) throw their newly born babies into India for freedom to work to mint more dollars which saves them $2000 for baby sitting or etc.
An American friend peer asked a woman, this is not American way of living and it’s sad to know that you sent your newly born baby to India within a week.
12. Indians parents or in-laws forced to commute between India and USA for free babysitting which replaces local professional babysitters. Also, an expert worked in US consulate wrote a book told on camera(media) that these Indians parents or in-laws were not trained hence they do not know how to react if strangers ring the bell or entered the apartment or houses which causes few murders in PA etc where the baby girl and her grand ma died.
Any visa status same problem here, F1, H-1B, H4, GC marital/divorce fight.
